VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
The Southern Wisconsin AirFEST '10 staff is seeking volunteers, in all show areas to assist in
making AirFEST '10' a success. To ensure we have an adequate number of volunteers we need to make sure our expectations are clear and each volunteer is truly knowledgeable of the commitment that is needed.
- You must be willing to work a minimum of one day.
- We will not be able to allow split or partial shifts.
- The number next to the description on the application represents the number of volunteers needed for that area.

While every effort will be made to assign you to the volunteer area requested, necessity may require that your volunteer duty be in a different area
AirFEST WILL PROVIDE
To ensure your donation of time is an enjoyable experience for you, AirFEST will provide:
- Designated parking area for all volunteers
- AirFEST identification name tag and lanyard
- Lunch and rest periods.
- Volunteer Shirt to identify you as an AirFEST Volunteer
- Recognition & Celebration. After event party for all volunteers following the show at a date TBA.
Your application is needed ASAP so we can assess our needs and staffing requirements.
Should you be willing to work in multiple areas(s), please rank the particular area(s) you would like
to work.
