Volunteers must have credentials to enter. Turn left on Columbia Drive and proceed to the Blackhawk Technical College gate where AirFEST staff will direct you to the Volunteer Check-in Station.  Admissions and General Parking volunteers will check-in and park near their worksite at admissions/general parking.

4. Will there be an orientation session beforehand?

We will have several “area specific” meetings which will serve as orientation and safety training.  All volunteers are required to attend these meetings as a great deal of information will be covered.  Meeting times will be announced.  Feedback at this time is also welcomed!

AirFEST is also seeking volunteers during the two-week period prior to the festival to assist in grounds set-up and signage placement, and the week following the festival to assist in teardown.
